All-inclusive: Enjoy the different landscapes of Puerto Rico during a road trip from San Juan.
Discover Puerto Rico’s most unforgettable night from a road trip from San Juan. We’ll pick you up from your hotel and drive through the island’s lush landscapes to the historic Coamo Hot Springs, where you’ll soak in mineral-rich geothermal waters for 1 hour. Then we continue to Yaucromatic — an open-air street art gallery with over 80 vibrant murals and the filming location of a Daddy Yankee music video. You’ll have one hour to explore, take photos, and soak in the creative energy.
Next, we head to La Parguera, where our private boat awaits. Cruise to Cayo Caracoles, a pristine islet with crystal-clear turquoise waters, and enjoy one hour of swimming, wading, and relaxing in the Caribbean sun. As night falls, we’ll cruise into La Parguera’s bioluminescent bay. Here, you’ll have one full hour to swim, splash, and play in the glowing water — an experience few tours allow. Every movement triggers a brilliant blue-green glow from microscopic dinoflagellates. Use our goggles and beach noodles to get closer to the magic.
This is a boat tour. No paddling. No effort. Just pure relaxation and wonder. Life vests, goggles, noodles, and drinks (beer, soda, water) are all included. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included. Food is not included — we recommend eating before the tour or bringing snacks.
Important:
Hotel pickup ranges between approximately 1-2 pm depending on the hotel and when the sun goes down (darkens). We will return from the tour between 10-11 after the tour depending on when we make it out for the tour.

Health & Safety
- Swimming in the Bio Bay
Swimming is optional — guests may stay on the boat at any time.
The water is warm, saltwater, and naturally bioluminescent. It is safe for skin contact.
We recommend not wearing lotions, sunscreen, or insect repellent immediately before entering the bio bay, as chemicals can harm the fragile dinoflagellates that create the glow.
- Boat Safety
Our boat is fully maintained and inspected in accordance with local and federal safety regulations.
A certified captain and guide are on board at all times.
We carry life jackets for all passengers (including children), a first aid kit, and emergency communication equipment.
Guests under 5 years old are not permitted on this tour.
- Physical Requirements
Guests should be able to board and disembark a boat using a small ladder and step.
Swimming is optional — guests who prefer not to swim can remain on the boat and enjoy the view.
If you have mobility concerns, recent surgeries, or medical conditions, please contact us before booking so we can accommodate you safely.
- Weather & Water Conditions
Tours run rain or shine. The bio bay glows best on dark, moonless nights — light rain does not affect the experience.
In the event of severe weather, lightning, or unsafe water conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for your safety. You will receive a full refund or free reschedule in such cases.

What is the total duration of the tour?
The full tour lasts approximately 8–9 hours, including hotel pickup and drop-off. The actual activities span about 4 hours across Coamo Hot Springs, Yaucromatic, Cayo Caracoles, and the La Parguera bio bay boat tour.
Do I need to paddle the boat?
No! Our tour is a boat-based experience. You simply board our vessel and relax — no paddling, no rowing, no effort required. We take you to the beach, the bio bay, and back to the pier.
Can I really swim in the bio bay?
Yes. For 1 full hour, you can swim in La Parguera’s bioluminescent bay. This is one of the only bio bay tours in Puerto Rico that allows guests to actually get in the water and swim.
What is Yaucromatic?
Yaucromatic is an open-air street art gallery with over 80 murals by local and international artists. It’s also where reggaeton star Daddy Yankee filmed one of his most iconic music videos. You’ll have 1 hour to explore and take Instagram-worthy photos.
What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, water shoes (recommended), insect repellent, and a waterproof phone case. We provide bottled water, snacks, and all boat equipment.
Do you pick up from all hotels in San Juan?
Yes. We pick up from any hotel or Airbnb in the San Juan metro area (Condado, Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Miramar, Ocean Park). You’ll receive your exact pickup window 24–48 hours before your tour.
What do your pickup vehicles look like?
We use a 2023 white Ford Transit van and a 2018 black Mercedes-Benz Metris — both clearly marked with our “Borikua Tours PR” logo. Your driver will wear a branded shirt and greet you by name in the lobby.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. The bio bay glows best on dark nights, and light rain doesn’t affect the experience. In case of severe weather that makes the tour unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We also offer free rescheduling (subject to availability).
Is the tour suitable for children and older adults?
Yes. The minimum age is 5 years old, and the boat ride is gentle and stable. Swimming in the bio bay is optional — guests can stay on the boat and enjoy the view. We recommend that guests with mobility concerns contact us before booking so we can accommodate them comfortably.
